Viqar-un-Nisa Noon School Society is run by a Governing Body. All members are honorary and no member can derive any benefit what so ever from the funds of the society. Honorable Governing Body members aim to make VNS a merit-oriented organization and work in earnest to translate the vision, mission and motto of the school into reality. The Governing Body of the school aims to create an environment of Excellence for students seeking high quality education at this highly reputed Institution. The underlying values that govern the activities of Viqar-un-Nisa Noon School and all its employees are:  Excellence, Trust, Integrity and Accountability.

All the employees of Viqar-un-Nisa Noon School are expected to conduct themselves in a dignified, honest, efficient, and diligent manner, thus building the good reputation of the Institution they serve. All decisions of the Governing Body are considered final and binding on all employees. The school management and the Governing Body are available to address all concerns of the employees.

M.A EPM, M.A English, B. Ed with 35 plus years’ experience in the Field of  Education.

Specialized in Education Planning and Management Participated and Represented Pakistan as Cluster Head in Contact Seminar at London, United Kingdom Worked as lead Member of Global Schools Reciprocal Program by the British Council at Bradford, UK Certified Facilitator for Active Citizens and Connecting Classrooms Program by the British Council, UK Attended various Leadership Workshops held at Doha, Qatar and UAE Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring Courses

Mrs. Uzma Sherazi

Vice Principal

MA (English Literature), B.Ed, M.Ed, DIP in Teaching of English as a Foreign Language.
Joined VNS on 10 October, 1989. Worked as Subject Coordinator English, Level Coordinator (O’Level HSSC Section).
Has been discharging responsibilities as Headmistress (HM) Senior Section from 2008 to date, and as Vice Principal from 2016 to date.
Attended leadership training workshops to stay abreast of educational advancements that include: ‘Modernization and Standardization of Examination System’ by FBISE intended for Principals; ‘School Improvement Strategies’, arranged by Oxford University Press; ‘Changing our Schools from within’, a training session by Educacy Foundation and ‘Capacity Building Workshop’ by Concept Educational Consultants.
Also, participated in workshops to improve pedagogical practices in English language teaching which include: ‘English Language Teaching Skills’ by US Embassy Islamabad; ‘Effective Teaching and Learning’ by OUP. Various Conferences arranged by Society of Pakistan English Language Teachers (SPELT) and ‘INTEL Teach to the Future’ program.
Besides being awarded a number of merit and appreciation certificates by VNS, is also the recipient of educational achievement awards by IBIC and IKLC.

Facilities

The school has a comprehensive health program for the appraisal, protection and promotion of our children. For the establishment and smooth running of our health care system VNS has hired the services of Integrated Health Services’ (HIS). Provision of health services, health education and awareness of a healthful environment are our mutual objectives. A special medical Centre has been established in the school. A qualified doctor and a trained nurse, from IHS, remain available during school hours for the provision of first aid and basic medicines, for maintaining daily records of students visiting the centre, for annual medical check-ups and maintenance of student’s health files and for regular health education training programs both for the students and the staff.
