With grace, pride, and a renewed sense of responsibility, Viqar-un-Nisa Noon Girls Higher Secondary Institute, Rawalpindi organized its Investiture Ceremony  where the newly elected Student Council officially took their oath of duty.
The solemn ceremony marked the induction of the Head Girl, Deputy Head Girl, School Captain, Vice Captain and 18 Student Council Members, who pledged to uphold the values and ethos of the institution with integrity, dedication, and leadership.
Adding to the grandeur of the occasion was the presentation of sashes to the newly selected House Captains of Jinnah House, Lady Noon House, Fatima Jinnah and Iqbal House and the Presidents of various Societies and Clubs, including the English and Urdu Literary Societies, Qirat Society, Science & Robotics Club, Mathematics Club and Sports Club. Each recipient was adorned with a sash, symbolizing their commitment to lead their respective domains with enthusiasm and excellence. The Editors of the English and Urdu Magazines were also honored on this occasion, each receiving their sash in recognition of their creative leadership and responsibility in representing the student voice through their publications.
The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the formal Oath-Taking Ceremony, symbolizing the spirit of service and accountability. The Principal addressed the gathering, extending heartfelt congratulations to the newly appointed council, and reminded them that true leadership lies in humility, responsibility, and teamwork. Her inspiring words encouraged the young office bearers to lead by example and work selflessly for the betterment of the school community.
Earlier, the student body elections were conducted in a democratic manner, allowing students to experience the essence of participatory leadership. Candidates presented their manifestos, campaigned respectfully, and earned the trust of their peers through fair and transparent voting. Such elections not only nurture democratic values but also empower students to express their voices responsibly, fostering confidence, integrity, and civic awareness.
The ceremony concluded with an air of optimism, as the newly elected leaders stood proud—ready to carry forward the legacy of Viqar-un-Nisa Noon with vision, unity, and purpose.
